Template for a Notice of Withdrawal from an Educational Project Participation Agreement
It is possible to withdraw from participation in the project without giving a reason within 14 days of signing the agreement, with a refund of costs. Withdrawal requires the submission of a written statement of withdrawal from the agreement by the parents or legal guardians of the minor participant.
Insurance covering the costs of cancelling travel services
You can take out cancellation cover with any insurer of your choice. We also encourage you to take advantage of the offer from our partner – WIENER TU S.A.
Insurance can be taken out once the project deadline has been finally approved.
We recommend including the foreign currency payment in the insurance; to this end, the specified amount should be converted at the National Bank of Poland (NBP) exchange rate from the date the insurance was purchased, and the total value of the project share should be entered in PLN.
Electronic Travel Authorisation - ETA
ETA (Electronic Travel Authorisation) It is an electronic authorisation to enter the UK. It is the responsibility of the parents or legal guardians of all participants in projects carried out in the United Kingdom to obtain this and must be met before the journey begins.
How and where do I submit an application?
You can apply for an ETA in electronic form only.
- You can apply for an ETA via:
mobile apps UK ETA App (available on smartphones), - government website.
Any potential purchase of an ETA on commercial intermediary websites involves additional fees that often exceed the official ETA price several times over.
The fee for issuing an ETA is 16 GBP.
From 8 April 2026, the cost of an ETA will be increased to 20 GBP.
For the application, you need:
• a valid passport,
• personal data,
• a photo of your face and your passport,
• an online payment card.
Who is subject to the ETA requirement?
✔ Polish citizens and other EU citizens travelling to the UK
✔ People who do not have a visa in the passport
✔ Also children and young people – każdy uczestnik wyjazdu musi mieć swoją ETA
✔ Wielokrotne wjazdy do UK w okresie ważności ETA
✔ Dozwolone cele: turystyka, odwiedziny, wyjazdy edukacyjne, krótkie kursy lub niektóre zajęcia w ramach programu pobytu
Koszt i ważność
Zalecamy złożyć ETA najpóźniej ok 14 dni przed planowaną podróżą – większość decyzji przychodzi automatycznie w ciągu kilku minut do 3 dni roboczych.
ETA i projekt edukacyjny do Irlandii
✅ ważną wizę wjazdową do kraju docelowego
